Off the coast of Spain is an island, Majorca; it is a famous vacation spot in the Mediterranean Sea. The capitol city, Palma, gives its name to the airport close by, Palma (PMI) which is not only one of the largest in Spain but also a major international airport as well. And, during the summer, it is also one of the busiest. Air Berlin decided to make it their hub, so popular is this destination with Germans, and therefore has many Majorca flights.

People usually prefer to go no further than Palma. In Palma they can soak up all of the history. Visiting all the great sites in this town is a popular pass time as is enjoying the nightlife. You will need to book your flight before you doing any of these great things.

For England you can either use BMI or British Airways, depending on where you are traveling. BMI specializes in Cardiff, Birmingham, East Midlands and Manchester. Alcudia is a town located in the north of Mallorca, approximately 30 miles from Palma and the Alcudia holidays are more than pleasant. It is a well spread resort and it mainly consists of comfortable apartments and brand new stylish hotels.

The Alcudia resort represents a welcoming family resort with excellent accommodation, nice beaches and an excellent selection of bars and restaurants which are attracting visitors from all over Europe as well as plenty of Spanish tourists. There are three parts in the town of Alcudia: the Alcudia Port, the Alcudia Beach and the walled town of Alcudia. The port area and the beach are in the same place at the same time the historical center lies about 2 km away.

All the way from the Alcudia Port to the Can Picafort there is a beach, but most of the tourists prefer to take a walk to the beach on the small streets in the town.
